Had a wonderful relaxing time, we had concierge room, but did not see many perks to having it. Wasn't what I thought or expected. Better off just getting a balcony. Also the PG was not as great as I expected for the cost. Enjoyed the therapy pool very much.

This was my first time on a cruise and I enjoyed every moment of this trip.the staff was excellent. I had a balcony view and yes it was the best. I will be doing this again.

We are currently on board the Infinity. It’s s beautiful ship. Yes, she needs refurbished, but she is still beautiful! The crew is amazing. Our cabin steward, Anthony, is the most thorough steward we have ever had. He is attentive without being intrusive. Very highly regarded. Our only complaint is that there are aspects of the main dining room Service that are not great. The food is good but not great. The beverage server is not great at all. I have the premium non alcoholic package- he brings me non premium water- I have to ask for Evian. That’s not a big deal but he sees I have the package yet he brings me the basic water. Again, in the grand scheme of things we are so blessed to be here and appreciate how amazing everything is. I’m just saying- why pay for premium if they are going to bring you non premium items? And (again....petty) he brings me the bottle and hands it to me as he walks by. Lol. What happened to opening your bottle and pouring a glass for you? Strange. But I’m quite capable of pouring my own water- just things I’ve noticed. He does open other guests bottles and pout them- so I know he does it. Anyway- these are such petty things- but it might matter to someone else. And these are the only things I’ve noticed as not being up to par- imagine how good this cruise is if THAT is the only problem!!! I’ll report back at the end of the cruise.

Our room attendant was Gasford and he took great care of us and was extremely funny and totally Awesome; Edgar, our waiter at dinner provided Awesome service, thank you for a memorable cruise!

Surprisingly excellent.

We did a five night cruise and as an experiment had an inside cabin 8119 for the first time. We were delighted with it, a large mirror behind bed gave the impression of a much larger cabin. Plenty of storage better than our Aqua cabin on our earlier transatlantic cruise aboard Silhouette. Although the bathroom wasn't as plush it was adequate. Midship, close to library and lifts but no noise apart from slight drumming sound when lying in bed.

The 2nd leg of our back-to-back only showed the consistency of quality on this ship

We were pleased that the quality of everything we encountered on the first leg of our back-to-back was still at a high level, even though some crew had changed. We'd met some new people on the first leg who were also doing a back-to-back and hanging out with them only made our first cruise better. The a/c problem continued on this leg but, as before, I can't lower my rating because nearly everything else was so good. We did have an issue with one crew member but that is being addressed to our satisfaction. We would definitely do a Celebrity cruise again because of the level of service and the quality of the food. Infinity will be refurbished by the time we book a 2020 cruise so the a/c will probably be fixed. :o) If Infinity has new ports to visit we'd book her again. Again, kudos to our butler Rene and to Olga, the Customer Relations Manager. Also to Alexandra who took over as the suite concierge. Also note, that I'd rate the cruise overall a 4.8 or 4.9. Nassau's score should be taking my overall score down so low. We didn't enjoy Nassau as much as we'd thought but it was only a few hours of the whole cruise.

Generally wonderful first cruise. Now if they fix the a/c...

This cruise is perfect for first timers, people who want to relax (this is not a party boat although there were some fun parties), and people who enjoy being pampered. If you're used to doing a lot on sea days you might be disappointed, although we filled every day with some type of activity. We did spend time in our cabin on the balcony, just relaxing. We loved the Silent Disco (there were two but we only attended one). We met some interesting people and made some new friends that I expect we'll meet up with later on. If you're old enough to be an AARP member I recommend booking through them. We got and extra $200 in on board credit from them. We also booked the Go Better, Go Best package. If I remember correctly, it cost us $300 each - above the basic suite rate. This package comes with the Premium drink package, free internet for 2 devices (you can use the log in on any device but only 2 at a time), free gratuities, and $300 in on board credit. This was a great deal, I think. Watch for it. I saw it offered on Balcony and Oceanview cabins. The credit is based on the total cost of the cabin you select. Our only real complaint had to do with the a/c. As I mentioned elsewhere the problem was fixed for our cabin but a/c was inconsistent throughout most of the ship. The Celebrity Theater, Luminae, Blu, and most other restaurants we went to had decent a/c. Public gathering areas - bars, lounges, the casino, and the Emporium - all had fluctuating a/c. The ship had engineers working on it (we were told) but you could never count an a space to be constantly cool. One evening the ice bar at Crush was melting in spots. But everything else was so good I can't really let the a/c issue lower my score. We went on just 1 excursion and while that wasn't perfect we did learn some things about Cozumel.
