This ship is amazing. A great theatre and food. I stayed in the yacht club and had the best time ever. Butler was so kind and helpful. The room was always spotless and we met the nicest people. If you get cold at night make sure to keep warm because the bedding for some reason is kind of cold, not awful though. Before you go on this ship diet because all the Italian food will fatten you up. I see a lot of reviews on her bashing Msc but you really need to understand the European style when going on this cruise line. It is European so that makes it different and cool. I promise if you go one this cruise you will have a blast.

The ship is really nice. There are so many things to do... But there are a lot of things that are really bad: -Welcome back cocktail: We got an invitation for the welcome back cocktail with the Captain which was planned for 11 AM. We arrived at 10:30 and we're already able to sit down in the bar after the crew checked our cards. 5 minutes later one if the managers came and kicked us out of the bar because they still had to do some preparation. At 11 AM we were able to get in the bar again after they have changed absolutely nothing. Than the manager said that the captain isn't able to come and that a new ship is build at the moment. THAT IT WAS!!! -Safety drill: Before the safety drill we saw on the safety channel that we don't need to bring our cruise card if we have an MSC for me bracelet. So did we. When the crew wanted to scan our card (which we didn't have with us) they said they need our card. After some discussion they said that it is okay. 50 minutes later they began with telling how the lifejacket work in FIVE!!! different languages. We never saw our own lifejacket because they are at the assembly station but nobody told us... - Everything is 18+: A lot of things are 18+ for example: -Karaoke ,-Quiz ,-The absolute top location of the ship The problem is that you can't see it anywhere before your cruise and even if you could this still is pure discrimination - Disembarking: At MSC you get an sticker for your luggage and your cruise card with a certain color. Than you get told when you have to be at Wich place to leave the ship with a small group of people. So did we... We were in the Casino at 10:40 (we had to be there at 10:45) at 11:05 I decided to ask at the reception why nobody is coming. There they told me that our group already left and we should just leave the ship too. -Excursion: We made 2 excursions in ST. Petersburg and the first one was the worst I ever made. The information about the excursion was that we will explore the metro system of the city and spend some time at the nicest market hall if the city and can try some things there. After that we make a photo stop at a cathedral. What actually happened: We spended 2 hours in the metro system where the guide told us to be careful EVERYTIME there were stairs... And said every 20 seconds to be careful with the doors of the trains... Well, she got a point there because if the doors close you can do nothing about it. 6 People tried to stop a door from closing Wich didn't work, so somebody got lost. Then the guide wanted to know if everybody is still there but forgot how many people we are, so we just left. After that we went to the market hall where the guide told to not to buy anything because the quality is very bad... We had 15 minutes minutes time. Some people tried to use the toilet but was impossible to use it.. it was just a hole in the ground with an 1 meter high door. And at the end of course we haven't done the photo stop. As you can see there are a lot of bad things. Bad at this point I also want to mention that a lot of things are great. For example the partys and most of the normal staff.. I want to give special thanks to Asman and Septian Sektadi which were just great. All in all I think this was my last MSC cruise in the next time...

After a week on MSC Fantasia Last Year without children we gave it a try and took our son (7) with us on the short 3 night/4 days trip 13-16.04.2019. He had a lot of fun in the kids club (he was in the one for 7-11 year old children), so we had a lot of time to enjoy the cruise. The flight simulator was a bit too scary for him as it's easily possible to turn ourselves upside down, so we did lots of the other video games and bowling. It was a pitty that F1 simulator is only allowed over 1.6m hight, he was looking forward to race but was disappointed he wasn't allowed to. Even if the cruise wasn't as smooth as the one in Summer last year seasickness was no problem for him at all. We enjoyed the luxury in the YC Deluxe suite and all the amenities that came with the YC package. The only thing that really went wrong was the booking for the Cirque du Solail show: hours before the start we were contacted and told that the show is full and offered the late show. We had to cancel that because we thought it would have been to late for our son to enjoy. We got refunded that later but in the next cruise we'll have the bookings checked twice by the staff.

Amazing Western Mediterranean Cruise

This was the first cruise our family of 6 has ever been on and we were amazed at the whole experience. The ship was very clean, the food was amazing and the entertainment was awesome! I would recommend to anyone

Cruise was just close to perfect in my opinion. We did end up getting sick with a cough which put a bit of a damper on the trip but still was amazing and will definetly be sailing with MSC again.

Great Cruise Experience!

The 8 of us loved the whole experience except for the service received at Guest Services - Infinity desk. I was waiting patiently in line and 3 people walked up to the counter and were taken care of immediately. The desk clerks should have told the 3 people that they need to get in line. Bad service.

Ship was quite nice but staff are rude and they hard sell everything. Before the cruise I was getting constant emails telling me to precook everything and check in online, which I did. All of it was pointless as I still had to queue to check in and make the bookings again that I had already made. 7 nights was too long on this ship.

We were aboard Meraviglia from 8th - 15th December. We have travelled twice with P&O and were amazed at the look and feel of the boat in comparison with Ventura and Azura. The Meraviglia is ever so modern, shiny and still new. We found all of the staff to be helpful and friendly. The free entrainment was brilliant. We booked Cirque de soleil for show and dinner and this was amazing and well worth the extra money. We had booked the middle drinks package and this was ideal for our needs... A brilliant cruise which knocked spots of P&O...

El barco hermoso nuevo y moderno, es lo único que puedo decir bueno. El personal mal organizado, en cada puerto que hacía parada abordaban mas personas y tenían que hacer el simulacro nuevamente,bastante fastidioso escucharlo 6 veces. En excursiones no me quisieron devolver el dinero por un error de ellos, cuando llegas a un puerto bajas del barco y estas a tu suerte pues ni un mapa del area te dan.En este barco pagas por todo no incluye nada ( no helado, no hay cereales para el desayuno, no hay jugos (solo en horas de desayuno), servicio a la habitación pagas por plato, no incluye área thermal, si vas a utilizar el area thermal $40 diarios..etc. El buffet no importa la hora no tenía variedad, imaginó para obligar a pagar en los restaurantes $.
