Horrible, NCL never again!

Horrible borderline nightmarish is all I can say. Customer service for NCL is by far the worst of any cruise company.

Ship has lots of activities and the itinerary is fabulous. One thing I don’t like about NCL is the constant extra cost of things, It does feel a bit like you are being nickel and dimed. We choose NCL because of the number of activities for kids

Getawa is a big ship with lots of activities for busy kids. They loved the sports Court water slide, rock wall and splash camp. We enjoyed the variety of bars and spots on the ship. The outdoor Bars and restaurants area On deck 7 is really fun. The shows on the ship are fantastic broadway quality. The food was good but nothing really special. The paid dinning was better then main dinning room. staff on Getaway was helpful and friendly if you had an issue or a question they were always there to help.

Fabulous!

We very much enjoyed the mix of relaxation and fun. My only suggestion would be to spend maybe two days in each port with one sea day in between. I guess we need a longer cruise though.

1st Norwegian Cruise, we weren’t impressed. I felt the communication was vague on port days and disembark. The beds were SO stiff, I slept horribly for 7 nights, never felt this miserable on my previous cruises. Took me a while to figure out the lighting

Never trying Norwegian again, paid over 2k for a 7 night cruise and it was way overpriced! Food was boring and limited, entertainment overbooked and small pool hardly happening at late afternoon, kids over run the main pool and hot tubs!

Spring Break Cruise 2020
Mar 21st, 2020
We had a great cruise. It was the last cruise before the COVID-19 pandemic caused NCL to cancel all itineraries. They took many extra precautions to prevent anyone from getting sick. They did a great job taking care of everyone and were working extra hard to keep everything clean. We were very impressed and had a great time. The weather was excellent except one day where it rained for a few hours at port. Lots of kids and young adults - as expected for a spring break cruise. Great entertainment, great food and drinks, casino was nice, and lots of variety in activities throughout the day.

Amazing First Cruise
Mar 19th, 2020
We had a great time for our first cruise. We “over packed” as we were told would happen. We loved the excursions and all the activities that were offered. Looking forward to our next cruise!
