We had a great time but the beds are so hard! The activities were good but couldn't understand a word the CD said especially over the PA system. Good was better in the Windjammer than MDR (at least that was our opinion). Casino was small with lots of old machines. The crew was great. This was my first time on RC and will definitely sail with them again.

Just got off the Adventure of the Seas. Easy ship to navigate. My five year old son had a blast at kids camp. Jean Carlo was our room steward and was always made sure we were taken care of. Top notch customer service. Downside customer relations desk was not very friendly along with shore excursion desk. Seems like everything was and inconvenience.

Nice

It was nice, but I like more big party dancing, plus it was so hard to understand the activity director, especially when she talked fast. Food was good but not as many choices as before.

Cabin 1658 First time on Adventurer of the seas. Nice ship, junior suite was great size, walk in closet with amazing storage space everywhere! Cabin steward was ok but I only got 2 towel animal animals in 8 nites which I thought was strange. Had dining package, so are in chops every nite (except 2 nites, I tried Giavinnis and also did mystery dinner). Chops steaks never disappoints, however the waiters on this sailing in chops were not of the standard Ive seen on other ships in chops. I brought it to the attention of the manager and he was kind enough to pay extra attention after that to make sure things ran smoother. Shops on board this ship did not have as good of selection of gifts as I’ve seen on other ships. Bartenders ok but not great. Dining room actually called me twice trying to get me to dine there, even after I explained I had the ultimate dining package, which I thought was a bit odd. Top tier event was not held on formal nite which again, I thought to be strange. Typically this usually coincides with the photos with captain and the formal photos. In fact several rccl employees did not even know what a “top tier event” even was when I asked about it when making my dining reservations. Odd. Overall great cruise!

normally do not write reviews, but after this experience I wanted to share what I went through, just to let people know what they may expect. My cruise dates were from 11/24/18 thru 12/2/18 on Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas. We booked the excursion St. Maarten, Airplane and Maho Beach Excursion. After getting on the tour bus all the available seating was full, with this it left my son without a place to sit. The people running this tour said that they would be putting him on a different bus which was going to the same place and the ride is about 45 minutes. I said to them you are not going to separate my family. After a continuous argument with them they asked the gentleman next to me if he would put his daughter on his lap to open the seat next to him, he replied no I am not going to take my daughter out her seatbelt, which I can say I do not blame the man. After that I politely asked everyone on the bus if anyone wanted to volunteer to separate their family in a different country, as you would think no one volunteered. After that they took my son off the bus and put him on the other bus. My son being 20 years old I thought it would be okay after arguing with them wasn’t working, but age shouldn’t have mattered in this situation. After reaching our destination as my bus pulled up I see my son standing on the side of a parking lot by himself in a foreign country with no one from the tour staff with him.  I stated my frustrations with the people running this tour, stating what if something happened to the bus he was on you couldn’t provide me with any information such as what bus he was even on after a continuous argument back and forth I finally walked away. After returning to the ship I went to the Guest Services desk and told them what I had experienced, they told me that they would have to do an investigation, and will get back with me. The next day I received a call from Guest Services and they told me that the tour company (Rendezvous Tour Company) told them my son volunteered, (which was a lie.) The man that was asked to sit his daughter on his lap gave me his name and cabin # and if he was needed that he would be a witness to what he saw. Royal Caribbean’s guest services were not interested in any part of what I was telling them nor did they ask for the man’s name or cabin # so that they could contact him, instead they offered me a bottle of wine. I told them I was not interested in a bottle of wine, so then they offered me strawberries. I told them I was not interested , but just wanted the peace of mind that no other families would have this experience. And for $150.00 for 3 people all it is a ride to the beach save your money and take a cab for less then half the price !! you would also think that for that price the use of the restroom would be included ITS NOT dont forget to bring $1.00 for each uses. I apologize for the length of this review I tried to be as short as possible. Rendezvous Tour Company Royal Caribbean’s – Adventure of the Seas St Maarten, Airplane and Maho Beach Excursion
