Delicious food

I enjoyed this experience very much. It was a sister's vacation with 3 other sisters. Two of us had never been on a cruise before. The staff was outstanding. Such hard workers (too hard). Food delicious. We enjoyed the live shows and saw two movies; played putt-putt. Too many people to even think about getting in either pool! Didn't even want too! But food and staff/accommodations were wonderful!

Could've been better

The cruise itself was very nice. The room had lots of storage for an ocean view room. The bathroom was small but that's to be expected. The food was very good and the steaks in the specialty restaurants were excellent. There could've been more to do but I guess it's a matter of opinion, plus, this was one of the smaller ships so I didn't expect a whole load of things to do. What I didn't like is Royal Caribbean itself. On the first day the toilet in my bathroom stopped working. I called housekeeping who connected me to maintenance. They told me they didn't know how long it would take to fix the problem. Well that was at about 8pm. I wasn't feeling well so I had to throw up in a toilet I could flush. My husband and my son went out in the hall to find a bathroom that worked...everyone bathroom on the same LINE as mine was out, so the entire front of the ship was not working. The next morning at about 9am I went to the passenger services desk and they still didn't have an answer. There was no apology and no offer on how to make things better. All I was told was that it would be fixed as soon as possible. It was about 6pm when I went to my cabin to check and the toilet was working. No apologies, nothing to make it better. A simple on board credit doesn't cost the company anything and would have make a world of difference to me. Let's just say it left a real bad impression.

Great time by the group of friends I was traveling with. We enjoyed the excursions. The dining experiences we great. However the cabins were average & we paid for an upgrade to accommodate 3 people & were stuck in a cabin that was for 2!

Great service & friendly staff. However the cabin we upgraded to for 3 people was the same for 2. This was very disappointing & we felt as though we paid for something we did not get. It was very very uncomfortable for 3 adult ladies. No one person could move without all moving. Never again!

was happy with everything on boat. was very unhappy with buggy/snorkel excursion. never told buggy was a stick shift. we only got 30 minutes to snorkel, as next stop was red flag. why didn't guides communicate with that stop that is was to rough. they should have taken us to another spot. we paid $70 each to snorkel for 30 minutes. guides were great

Do not buy the Key Program through Royal Caribbean. It was a waste of money and the crew said this ship doesn't really follow through with the Key Program.
