Smaller ship, but rarely felt crowded & had a good time

We had a great time & would go again for a quick getaway even though we prefer the bigger ships

Excellent Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time as a family of 5 (children ages 13, 15, 20). The dinner's were excellent both with food and service. Pool activities were fun and we were never bored.

Good cruise overall in spite of one day of rough seas. Our granddaughters loved ghe cruise.

Bad weather so ship didnot go to costa maya but progressive instead.

Ship was small and out dated to me. There accounting system sucks. The night before we get back. We go down and close out our account. And cut the cards off so no more charges. They to be pull out of line because the cards where never cut off.

Had a good trip other then the too small restroom. The food made the trip better

We enjoyed this type of vacation and have plans to go on another cruise next year. The caribbean is beautiful and our time on the ship was relaxing and fun.

My overall experience on enchantment of the seas and Cozmel was that I had a wonderful trip and it was well worth it I would definitely sail with Royal Caribbean again.

After 3 straight carnival cruises, I decided to try out Royal Caribbean Granted this is a smaller, older ship than the carnival breeze, therefore I didn’t give it ZERO stars. Terrible ship. Food was very sub par. Very un-inviting ship. Ugly. Old. Nothing to do. Waitstaff on carnival was much nicer. These guys were blah....seemed completely uninterested in making peoples vacation fun. That’s a big deal when your spending the week with them. Did I mention that the food was terrible? Shows boring. Game room small. Nowhere to go and enjoy a drink. Solarium was horrible. I would never recommend this ship to anyone. Cozumel was awesome as usual. I felt like I was robbed from a cruise,and this was merely a long taxi ride to go there. I’m sorry, hate leaving these types of reviews, but if it will save someone else from having the same experience, it’s worth it.

Wonderful staff

Clearly this is an older ship. While it lacked many stateroom amenities that more modern ships enjoy, the staff's attention to detail, enthusiasm and charm made up for the slightly tired (but clean) interior.

This cruise was great. The crew was so friendly. We had so much fun at the game shows. The entertainment hosts were so fun and energetic. The best part of the cruise was the disco party.

Ship was beautiful and crew was AMAZING! We watched the comedy show, shopped, broke even at the casino and had an all around good time. Absolutely ????’ed Windjammer!!
