After a great week on the Harmony, we returned to Durham, North Carolina and ice and snow. So much for fun in the Sun. We cruised with a group of 16 and had a fantastic time. The entertainment was spectacular for all shows. There is a lot of artistic talent on the Harmony. The Captain was very visible on the ship and really engaged with a lot of Guests. The food was plentiful and very good on the ship, the only exception would be Chops Grill. We have eaten there three times during our past cruises and two out of three times one or more of our steak orders were very tough with a lot of gristle. I am referring particularly to the bone in ribeye. The filet was excellent. There was great music all around the ship and plenty of activities to do during the entire day. Embarkation and debarkation we're super easy. It only took 10 minutes to get on the ship and literally 5 minutes from leaving the ship to the parking lot. We chose the carry your own luggage option leaving at 7:30. Labadee was wonderful as usual! In Jamaica, we chose the "Heartbeat of Jamaica excursion for a little bit of history. Very interesting and beautiful. We chose Chankanaab for the Dolphin encounter/Beach break/lunch/drinks. It was an amazing experience. We had time left to rent snorkel gear and the water was amazingly clear. There were several staircases going right into the water with very easy access. We saw a lot of beautiful fish and coral. We can't wait for our next Cruise probably again in early December as is a great break from the winter weather.

Honey in main dining room is funny and down to earth. Antonio in Jamie’s is wonderful and knows what to recommend food wise. Food in general is okay. The my time dining is a huge disappointment as if you don’t reserve before sailing could be waiting for hours for dinner. Housekeeper Wilber was very friendly greeting us daily and asking about our day at port. Entertainment was great especially the Columbus show! Don’t pay for meet and greet for Grease as it really isn’t worth it and we’re huge fans of the broadway play. Props were amazing in all shows. The Abyss on ship is dangerous my daughter got a burn from it. Ziplined and rock climbing wall was fun. Haiti was great and zip lining is a must! Shopping in Haiti was stressful and businesses were pushy to get your business had police ask us twice if we were okay. Nellies beach in Haiti was nice. In Jamaica booked through Patrice Bailey for Chester to give you a tour. He was wonderful and down to earth. We ate jerk chicken spicy as you would not believe but amazingly good. Shopping was fun but still pushy sales people. Then in Cozumel we did a horseback riding excursion through shore excursions and it was nice. We spent time at a resort snorkeling then went shopping still pushy salespeople. We had a great time however when we go cruising to other countries we want to learn about the culture and not see pushy salespeople. overall had a fantastic trip.

Wonderful trip overall

This was the first time sailing with Royal Caribbean and must say I was a bit disappointed with the experience. The food was okay not as good as past cruises with other cruise lines and I was hoping they would roll out the red carpet a bit more for being a first time cruiser with them. Seems as if they want to cater more to the star members than wanting first time cruiser to re-book with them again? With all that being said a vacation is what you make of it and the overall experience was good.

We had a blast on this ship! It's so big it takes the whole cruise just to see all of it. The food was great. Although we never got to even try all of the restaurants, it's impossible to eat that much food! I will definitely be using Royal Caribbean again for CRUISING!

Overall, this cruise was wonderful! We enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Cruising on the world's biggest cruise ship has now been checked off our bucket list, and it did not disappoint!
