JetBlue TrueBlue membership is divided into two tiers: basic membership and TrueBlue Mosaic status.
- Ability to earn and use points
Basic membership in the JetBlue TrueBlue program begins when you enroll for free on JetBlue's website. Once you become a member, you can start earning points for every dollar you spend on a JetBlue flight or vacation package. Additionally, you can earn and redeem TrueBlue points when you fly on Hawaiian Airlines and collect points when you fly on one of seven airline partners. And you can collect more points by spending with JetBlue's travel partners, including rental car companies and hotel brands, or when you make everyday purchases using one of the JetBlue credit cards from MasterCard. The ShopTrue retail portal offers another way to earn points with more than 800 brands, including Macy's, Apple and Target.

You can qualify for TrueBlue Mosaic status in two ways: by flying 30 JetBlue flight segments and earning at least 12,000 base flight points within a calendar year, or by earning 15,000 base flight points in a single year. Once you become a TrueBlue Mosaic member, you'll be rewarded with 15,000 bonus points, which you can redeem for Even More Space seats. As a Mosaic member, you'll earn double points for money spent at TrueBlue Dining restaurants. Plus, you'll have access to benefits like a dedicated reservation line, complimentary in-flight alcoholic beverages (on flights traveling at least 340 miles) and expedited security lines at participating airports. You'll also enjoy early boarding and two free checked bags, as well as waived change and cancellation fees for yourself and any companions on your reservation (if the trip is booked directly through JetBlue). You must requalify each year to keep your TrueBlue Mosaic benefits.
