Membership Levels

The INVITED program is divided into three membership levels: Invited, Inspired and Indulged. INVITED also offers the invitation-only Indulged Elite level for its most loyal customers.

Invited

Benefits include:

  • Priority check-in/out
  • Free amenities
  • Member discounts

You can enroll in the Small Luxury Hotels of the World's rewards program for free online. After enrolling, you'll automatically receive Invited member status. Becoming an Invited member grants you access to exclusive member rates (typically a 10 percent discount off the best available rate) and promotions, complimentary Wi-Fi access and daily continental breakfast for two, as well as early check-in and late checkout. However, due to the independent nature of each hotel, early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability. You will only receive the program perks if you log in to your account and book directly through the SLH website or if you book with the SLH voice reservations team and use your membership ID.

Inspired

Benefits include:

  • Free room upgrades
  • Priority check-in/out
  • Free amenities
  • Member discounts

Stay between one and five times per year and you'll be upgraded to the Inspired membership level. In addition to the perks awarded by the Invited level, Inspired members receive a complimentary birthday gift (like a free night voucher or a location-specific treat) and free room upgrades (subject to availability). To retain Inspired status, you must requalify annually by completing at least one qualifying stay.

Indulged

Benefits include:

  • Free nights
  • Free room upgrades
  • Priority check-in/out
  • Free amenities
  • Member discounts

With your sixth stay or after spending $6,000 with SLH within a year, you'll become an Indulged member. As an Indulged member, you'll receive all the Invited- and Inspired-level benefits, plus additional perks like invitations to exclusive SLH events and a voucher for a free reward night. To maintain your Indulged status, you must stay at least six times or spend $6,000 with Small Luxury Hotels of the World annually.

Indulged Elite

Benefits include:

  • Free nights
  • Free room upgrades
  • Priority check-in/out
  • Free amenities
  • Member discounts

After spending $15,000 through the SLH reservations systems in one calendar year, you will be invited to join Indulged Elite status. With this invitation-only status, you will receive the same benefits as Indulged status, plus you will be invited to additional exclusive events.
