Membership Levels

Le Club AccorHotels, the free Accor loyalty program, is divided into four membership tiers: Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The program also offers two paid-membership options: Accor Business Plus and ibis BUSINESS Card.

Classic

Benefits include:

When you register for the free Le Club AccorHotels loyalty program online or at any participating Accor hotel, you are automatically granted Classic status and basic membership benefits, including free internet access, a 10 percent discount on room rates, presale tickets through the AccorHotels Arena experiences portal and a private customer care line. You are eligible to collect points and miles, and you receive access to sales on the Accor website. You may also obtain hotel reward vouchers once you've accumulated 2,000 points. You will earn 25 points for every 10 euros spent at participating Sofitel, Raffles, Swissôtel, Fairmont, Pullman, MGallery by Sofitel, Grand Mercure, The Sebel, Novotel, Suite Novotel and Mercure properties. Stays at other participating brands will earn you five to 12.5 points per 10 euros spent.

Silver

After you have stayed 10 nights at any participating Accor hotel or have accumulated 2,000 points within a calendar year, you will be upgraded to Silver status. In addition to the privileges of Classic membership, you'll receive priority check-in, a complimentary welcome drink at participating hotels and late checkout (if available). You'll also receive additional perks, depending on the brand. Silver status also allows you to earn up to 31 points per 10 euros spent at participating Accor hotels. To maintain your membership status, you must requalify every year.

Gold

Once you have stayed 30 nights or have accumulated 7,000 points within a calendar year, you will achieve Gold status. With Gold status, you'll collect up to 37 points for every 10 euros spent at participating Accor hotels. On top of the benefits afforded by Silver membership, Gold status comes with early check-in (upon request and availability), complimentary room upgrades (upon availability), a welcome gift at most participating properties, and guaranteed room availability at select participating hotels if you reserve your room three days prior to your planned arrival date. If you maintain your status by staying 30 nights or accruing 7,000 points each calendar year, you will keep receiving Gold tier benefits.

Platinum

The advantages of Platinum status – the highest tier within Le Club AccorHotels – are awarded once you have stayed 60 nights or have earned 14,000 points within a calendar year. As a Platinum member, you can enjoy all the benefits of the Classic, Silver and Gold levels. Plus, you'll have guaranteed room availability at select participating properties if you make your reservation two days prior to your planned arrival date, and you'll receive up to 44 points for every 10 euros spent at Accor-affiliated hotels. As a Platinum member, you'll also get executive lounge access (when available). To maintain these Platinum benefits, you must meet minimum stay requirements annually.

Accor Business Plus

The Accor Business Plus membership was designed specifically for business travelers. If you sign up for Business Plus, which costs 170 euros (about $198) per year, you are automatically granted Classic status. In addition to the benefits of Le Club AccorHotels Classic membership, you'll be awarded with reduced nightly rates at all participating properties (up to 20 percent; based on brand), guaranteed room availability and rental car discounts. You'll also benefit from late checkout times (if available). Your membership must be renewed every year.

Ibis BUSINESS Card

The ibis BUSINESS Card benefits travelers who prefer ibis hotels over other Accor-affiliated properties. If you sign up for the card for an annual fee of 90 euros (approximately $105), you are automatically elevated to Gold status within Le Club AccorHotels and afforded those privileges, along with 10 percent discounts on up to two ibis rooms and on-site restaurant charges (with the exception of ibis properties in China). You'll also be guaranteed room availability at most ibis hotels if you make your reservation at least two days before your planned arrival date. Keeping your ibis BUSINESS Card status and benefits requires renewing your membership annually.

The Hilton Honors program is most advantageous for business and luxury travelers who frequently fly to and stay in major cities in the United States, Europe and Asia. Hilton Honors members can redeem points at more than 5,300 hotels and resorts across 14 different brands in more than 100 countries and territories. And because Hilton has a partnership with the United MileagePlus program (as well as more than 40 other airline and rail partners), you can cash in points for miles. Points can also be used to purchase tickets to concerts and sporting events, gift cards, cruise certificates and items sold on Amazon and Hilton Honors' shopping portal. Additionally, you can earn points for everyday purchases with the Hilton Honors credit cards from American Express.

The Marriott Rewards program accommodates both business and leisure travelers who visit major cities in the United States, Canada, Asia and Europe. As a program member, you will earn rewards points when you stay with one of 29 affiliated brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Courtyard by Marriott, Westin, Renaissance and more. You can earn additional points by making purchases with one of Chase Visa's Marriott- or Ritz-Carlton-affiliated credit cards or one of American Express' Starwood-affiliated credit cards. In addition to hotel stays and room upgrades, you can redeem points for retail gift cards, cruise vacations, rental cars and unique experiences, such as concerts and sporting events. Plus, Marriott Rewards points can be used to pay for TSA Precheck applications, airport lounge access and flights through more than 40 airline rewards programs like United MileagePlus and Delta SkyMiles.
