Membership Levels

The Radisson Rewards loyalty program is broken up into four membership tiers: Club, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Club

Benefits include:

  • Ability to earn and use points
  • Free amenities
  • Member discounts

Club is Radisson Reward's most basic membership level, which you are granted for free by signing up through Radisson Reward's website. As a Club member, you'll earn 20 points per dollar spent on rooms, food and beverages at more than 1,100 hotels. You'll also have access to reduced member rates (when booking directly through the Radisson Rewards website or mobile app) and enjoy a 5% discount on dining and beverage services at participating hotel restaurants. What's more, you'll receive two complimentary bottles of water per stay at select properties. To keep your points and membership, you must stay at a Radisson property once within two calendar years.

Silver

Benefits include:

  • Ability to earn and use points
  • Free room upgrades
  • Priority check-in/out
  • Free amenities
  • Member discounts

After six qualifying stays or nine nights within a calendar year, you'll earn Silver status. In addition to basic benefits, you'll receive complimentary room upgrades at check-in (when available) and 22 points for every dollar spent on eligible stays and on-site food and drink purchases. Additionally, you'll be granted a 10% discount on dining and beverage services at participating hotel restaurants. Plus, you'll have the option to check in early and check out late up to two hours prior to or later than the hotel's published check-in and checkout times. You will maintain Silver status as long as you requalify annually; extra nights you earn in a year will be applied to membership requirements the following year.

Gold

Benefits include:

  • Ability to earn and use points
  • Free room upgrades
  • Priority check-in/out
  • Free amenities
  • Member discounts

If you accumulate 20 qualifying stays or 30 nights over the course of a calendar year, you will qualify for Gold status. On top of the benefits awarded by Silver membership, you will earn 25 points for every dollar spent on eligible stays and on-site food and drink purchases, plus an in-room welcome gift. Additionally, you'll receive a 15% discount on dining and beverage services at participating hotel restaurants. Gold membership also includes a 72-hour room availability guarantee at all Radisson-affiliated hotels, excluding the Radisson Blu Polar Hotel and properties within a 50-mile radius of any major event that's taking place. Keeping your Gold status requires meeting minimum stay or night requirements each year.

Platinum

Benefits include:

  • Ability to earn and use points
  • Free room upgrades
  • Priority check-in/out
  • Free amenities
  • Member discounts

After you complete 30 qualifying stays or 60 nights at Radisson-branded hotels in a calendar year, you will become a Platinum member. As a member of the program's highest tier, you will receive all benefits enjoyed by Club, Silver and Gold members, as well as 35 points for each dollar you spend on hotel stays and on-site food and drink purchases. You'll also be granted free continental breakfasts (at select hotels) and a 20% discount on dining and beverage services at participating hotel restaurants. What's more, you'll have the added benefit of a 48-hour room availability guarantee at most Radisson-affiliated properties, plus access to an exclusive Platinum service line. To continue earning Platinum benefits, you'll need to requalify annually.
