#13 in Best Hotel Rewards Programs
The Stash Hotel Rewards program is not separated into different levels. All Stash members receive the same benefits.
- Ability to earn and use points
- Member discounts
As a Stash Hotel Rewards member, you will earn five Stash Points per dollar spent on rooms at any of the program's nearly 150 participating hotels (or one point per dollar spent on any non-partner hotel booked on the Stash website). Each Stash partner hotel is independently owned, providing a unique lodging experience in cities across the United States and in locations in Canada, Antigua, Belize and Panama. Plus, participating hotels often offer discounted room rates for program members. You will also be allowed to participate in special hotel deals offered by the Stash program. You can become a member by signing up for free on Stash's website.

Though an annual membership fee is required to participate, program members will earn points for stays, which can be redeemed for free nights. You'll also have access to member benefits like daily complimentary breakfast for two, at least one annual prearrival upgrade, free internet access and access to exclusive rates and experiences.
The La Quinta Inns & Suites loyalty program, La Quinta Returns, is best suited for budget-conscious business and leisure travelers, offering perks like express check-in and mobile checkout. La Quinta properties can be found in major American cities, including New York City, Miami and San Diego, and – much to road-trippers' delight – along many major U.S. highways. La Quinta's portfolio includes more than 870 properties across the U.S., Canada and Mexico and has a strong presence in Texas (where the company is headquartered). As a La Quinta Returns member, you'll collect points for all nights spent at any hotel within La Quinta's network. Those points can be redeemed for stays at any La Quinta property, as well as at the luxury hotels and resorts the hotel chain is partnered with, including the Omni San Diego Hotel and The Signature at MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Plus, La Quinta's alliance with a handful of air carriers, including Southwest Airlines, American Airlines and Alaska Airlines, allows members to convert loyalty points to frequent flyer miles or earn miles instead of La Quinta Returns points. La Quinta Returns members can also apply points to magazine subscriptions or gift certificates for retailers like Amazon and Best Buy. Members of the La Quinta Returns program can now link their accounts with a Wyndham Rewards account and transfer points at a 1-to-1 ratio between programs. Additionally, the two programs offer status matching for members as Wyndham Hotels & Resorts works to combine the programs, which is expected to be completed by spring or summer 2019.
